Seven Oaks has a small equine breeding program, intended to create a few good horses for us, our staff, and our students. Unless otherwise noted, the horses below belong to Carrie & Pamela.

Juniper with her mom, Lily. Juniper was born in April, 2022, out of a Lusitano mare and by Atleet, a Dutch stallion.

Justin was born in July of 2009. He is a bay gelding, with a lot of chrome. He is by Gavilan, out of Molly, a Welsh cob mare. He is trotting and cantering under saddle and has been in group "lessons." Sorry for the quality of the one on the top left--I just liked the trot so much that I had to use it.

Esme was born in May of 2009. She is a bright bay filly with chrome, by Ijsselmeer, out of Kessel (Jorka), a Dutch Warmblood mare. She's a little over 17 hands and, we hope, not planning to do much more growing... Carrie rides her most of the time...

Griffin was born in August of 2008. He is a dark bay gelding, by Gavilan out of Thea (Perdita), a Dutch Warmblood mare. He is a full brother to Eli, below, and is about 17 hands. He is currently enjoying eventing.

Ginny belongs to Dana, a Seven Oaks student. Ginny was born in August of 2008. She is a bay mare, by Gavilan, out of Molly, a Welsh cob mare. The top photo on the left shows Ginny on the trails, with Helen. The top photo on the right shows Ginny & Carrie in the summer of 2013. The bottom photos are of Dana riding Ginny... hurray!

Daria was born in June of 2008. She belongs to Helen, who is on her in the top pictures. In the bottom pic, she is deciding what she thinks about being in a trailer. She is a 17 hand grey mare by Ijsselmeer, out of Kessel (Jorka), a Dutch Warmblood mare.

Eli was born in June of 2006. He is a bay gelding, with 4 white socks and a blaze, and he is already well over 17 hands. He is by Gavilan, out of Thea (Perdita), a Dutch Warmblood mare. Eli is Carrie's baby and you see her on him above.

Annabelle, a full sister to Ula but a few years younger, now belongs to a hunter-jumper barn and we hope to see her at shows in the near future, showing off her mommy's jumping bloodlines.

Meg was born in May of 2002. She is by Gavilan, out of Finn, a Trakhener mare. She belongs to Joe, a long-time Seven Oaks student, and is seen here schooling with Joe. Joe & Meg have shown successfully thorugh third level.

Ula is a Dutch mare, born in April of 2001, by Ijseelmeer out of Thea (Perdita). She now belongs to a former Seven Oaks trainer, Sarah. Sarah now runs her own training operation, but she and Ula still train and show with Seven Oaks. Ula has been a dressage horse super-star and has shown successfully through PSG.

Gonzo showed 3rd level with Carrie and Pamela before moving on to his current career: chasing cattle and mustangs in Nevada.
